A new study by the Harvard School of Public Health indicates canned-soup consumption may raise levels of bisphenol A (BPA) in the body up to 1,221%. BPA is an endocrine-disrupting chemical that has been linked with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity in humans and is commonly found in cans and hard plastic bottles.
